In addition to the CCR reference page maintain by Wendy Bousefield , here are some other useful sites from the comp/rhet world: CCC Online Archive Launched in 2005, this unique companion site for CCC takes advantage of developments in social bookmarking and networking software and is designed with the primary goal of making the knowledge published in CCC more accessible. The archive provides multiple ways to search the content of the journal, including CCCC category and keywords. The archives also includes citations both backward and forward in time - capturing both the works cited by a particular article, and the citations of that article after it was published. Spend some time browsing around - this site is worth a bookmark on the main bar. Rhetoric and Composition at e-server.org. This portal site includes links to resources and reference pages hosted by various universities, along with links to works of classical rhetoric, scholarly articles, bibliographies, and glossaries. You'll find links to Becky Howard's bibliographies, and CCR Alum Joddy Murray's bibliography on visual rhetoric, along with Andrea Lundsford's collection of definitions of rhetoric. rhetcomp.com Another portal site includes many lists of interest, including blogs, listservs, journals, organizations, moos, owls, and other items of interest to comp/rhet scholars. The American Society for the History of Rhetoric maintains this list of resources that includes a listing (with links) of comp/rhet PhD programs around the country, online texts, and online bibliographies. The
links page includes a list of upcoming conferences in the field and CFP deadlines.
Doctoral Consortium in Rhetoric and Composition.
The Consortium is a coalition of rhet/comp programs around the country working to improve communication and collaboration between scholars, improve research capabilities and increase professional visibility for the discipline. This site lists (with links) the member programs, and includes a list of edited collections in composition and rhetoric.
